Silly but a good question! The same reason why you would want to sell your product on Amazon, Ebay and any other outlet. You want to make sales! Let's get deeper into your benefits
- FreshNeeds.com does its own promotion because our business is selling stuff as well. The only way that you can sell anything is that you have many people come and buy it, unfortunately people just don't wind up at your website, we have to promote and advertise just like any other business. The more we market the more people will visit our site. Now if you have your product on our site, you will benefit from our marketing as these visitors could be a potential fan or buyer of your product. Of course they won't buy it if they think it sucks, that will be your responsibility to produce a high quality product that people want to buy.
- We will handle all of the customer service, shipping and credit card handling. This can be a very tedious job especially when you are not set up to do it. You just have to make sure we have your product to sell.
- You will get your very own product page that will describe your product and any information you provide. However, it will be your job to make sure people know how to get there. Just like you promote your myspace, facebook or any other social networking site, you will need to promote this page.

What is the cost?
FreshNeeds.com charges $4 off every sale that will go through us, this is our fee for making the product available which includes the customer service, credit card processing fees, shipping and handling. You can set your own price just be sure you know that FreshNeeds.com's $4 fee. So if you want to charge $9.99, FreshNeeds.com will pay you $5.99 for each item that we sell for you. ($9.99 (Sell Price) - $4 (FreshNeeds.com Fee) = $5.99 (Due to You).
You will receive an email each time a item has sold and in addition you will receive a report every month. We will pay out 2 per month on 1st and 15th. We can cut a check or deposit the amount in your Paypal account, it will be your decision.
What Do I Need To Do To Get Started?
There are 2 ways to get started:
1. You already have your own cds/dvds pressed up
You will simply send us 5 copies of your product to:

Then you will email us at sell [@] freshneeds.com with a typed bio, track listing and include an image of your product which should be a minimum of 350 x 350 pixels. In your email also include all of your contact information, your selling price and be sure to let us know how to identify your items.
These should be very simple instructions but please be sure to follow them otherwise we won't be able to list your product.
2. You do not have your own CD
We can sell your music as downloads or we can create your product:
Downloads:
You can email your music to music @ freshneeds.com, it needs to be properly identified and have a description along with all of your information included. If you send us more than 1 file please send us a zip file with all the files. This will make our life a whole lot easier. The payout for Downloads are 50% of your selling price, if you sell it for $0.99, FreshNeeds.com fee is $0.49 and the rest is yours.
You will also need to complete a non-exclusive license which allows FreshNeeds.com to distribute and sell your material, you will also need to complete a copyright agreement which states that you are the copyright owner for the material you are selling which includes music, lyrics, etc. and that FreshNeeds.com can't be held liable in case of a copyright infringment suit. It will also entail that in case of a dispute that FreshNeeds.com will make available all of your information to the respective agencies regarding the dispute.
Reproducing Your Items:
You will send us your masters (artwork and master copy) along with the required reproduction and copyright forms. We will reproduce your items for resale there are different fees for different packages listed below
